Plan Ordering not working

It used to be sort by order on admin page http://prntscr.com/slsd9l but right now it's not working on frontend https://dev.muslimlink.ca/mydashboard/plan

I want the Free Business Plan to be on the 1st row http://prntscr.com/slseq2 How can I do that?
Looks like the new version fixed it. Thanks
