You need to use Payplans Assign plan app , it is used for assigning additional plan to user on the basis of subscription status (Active/Hold/Expire).

I've installe and configured but when a user active a plan (annual) the additional plan is not assigned (gold).

Where I wrong?

Hello Mario,

I have checked your site, this issue is coming because you have unpublished the plan.
If you don't want to show this plan in frontend then you just need to set visible to no.
See attached screen shots.

I have published these plans and now assign plan app is working. Please take a look and update me if still face any issue.
