You can take a look of my attached screenshot which code you have to move on the top of the code in this file -> JoomlaFolder\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\profile\default.php

If you using `Frosty` theme you have to use this file -> JoomlaFOlder\components\com_easysocial\themes\frosty\profile\default.php

But the app ordering unable to change, unless you disable it from backend > Easysocial > application in order make the friend app appear on the most top area.
