You can download Latest Blog Module here http://stackideas.com/downloads/modules.

Once you download, login to your backend->Extensions->Module Manager->Search type latest in the search box and select EasyBlog Latest Bloggers (make sure this feature is enable at the side, please refer to the screenshot)

Inside the EasyBlog Latest Bloggers, select the position you want to place the module

To find out which position to place your module at the front end, go to your front end add ?tp=1 at the end of the url like this
http://yoursite.com/index.php/easyblog?tp=1
