Is it possible to force a particular post to always to appear at the top of the list regardless of the order assigned for all the rest of the blogs.

ie i want to have a particular popular blog to appear first in the blog homepage always followed by the others in date order decending. If I cant viewers have to scroll through all posts to find it.
