Unfortunately, there is no settings in EasyBlog to make a post pin on top.
But, I hope you know these, you can make the post you mentioning as a feature post because all the featured post will always appear on top.

Or, there is a module in the EasyBlog called EasyBlog - Showcase Module. You can try this module. But, for these you need to create the post you mentioning under a new category and in the module Select that category for the Select Category option and set to '1' for the Total Posts To Display option. https://take.ms/Sy5y7
