Hi

I have two issues with uploading pictures to easyblog:

1. Yesterday my colleague tried to upload a picture from his Panasonic DMC-TZ71 with an uplaod-size of >5MB and a resolution of 4000x3000px. It seems that image resize doesn't work here. I already did a test with reduced picture-size, but with no success. Please find a file in attachments for further analysis.

2. Maybe the same root-cause: Picture-Upload on IPAD doesn't work in portrait mode. In landscape everything goes smoothly. I can't say if this is really something that can be solved in easyblog as the same is working on a samsung tablet?

Hope you can help...especially first point.

Thanks & BR
Michael
Hey Michael,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've tried to upload that image in my locally as you provided us that image at above, it seems work fine.

You can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

By the way, can you consult with your webhosting provider to help you increase following PHP value from your PHP server and see how it goes? Because when the image resolution very large, it will need a lot of your server memory to process the resize image section.

memory_limit = 500M
max_execution_time 500
post_max_size 128M
upload_max_filesize 50M

After your webhosting provider already help you increased these php value from your server and that upload image issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look ?
