Hello dear support team,
Members claim, that when creating a blog, picture upload seems mostly impossible. Today I tried it myself and indeed it doesn't work neither in Quick-Post mode nor in Standard Mode. See attached screenshots.
Today I tried it with the standard internet Browser from Android (Galaxy 8+) and from Safari from an Apple Computer. People also report the same behavior from internet browsers that run on PC's.

Can you help me please, I've got no idea what is wrong as I personally saw it working sometimes in the past.

Thank you very much and best regards.
Michael
Hi Michael,

I believe you've access your site with www ( http://www.surfclub-rorschach.ch ) yes? Because if I tried to access your site and try to upload image (access without www) ( http://surfclub-rorschach.ch ) I can upload the image correctly( and the icon of the composer was display correctly) http://take.ms/k9l85

This is the error that I got when upload image in the composer (access with www):

Failed to load http://surfclub-rorschach.ch/?option=com_easyblog&task=media.upload&tmpl=component&lang=en&&sessionid=9f3fe64e601ba1e79657a48199db9bf4&c2495340220fab33ee54366b8e313156=1&key=_cG9zdDoxMDY-: Response for preflight is invalid (redirect)

This issue probably because you've set live_site value from your configuration.php file. As I cannot access your backend to confirm this. Can you check that do you set live_site in your configuration.php? And may I know do you want your site only accessible without www? If you want your site accessible for both www and non www you need to reconfigure your live site in configuration.php leave it empty as example: http://take.ms/wd7l3

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to edit beforehand for precaution
