When i updated to latest version the pictures wich is selected as 50% get squeesed to 50% of the box instead of 50% of the article.

Do you mean you set this second image to 50% width? (screenshot : http://take.ms/W2IXh )

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
