PHP Upgrade error

Hi

I have recently had a PHP upgrade on the servers that my sites are hosted on and are now getting the error seen in the attached screen shot.

They can also be seen on the home page of my site.

Any help appreciated.

Please replace the attached file in: ../modules/mod_latestblogs/helper.php. Hope this helps.
