PHP Passthru disabled

I receive the error that php passthru is disabled when attempting to upgrade to current version. I contacted host provider who told me it was enabled. The installation does saw "Awesome... can install". Just want to clear that I can go forward with install with php passthru "identifyed as disabled"
Hey Kane,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You can still go ahead with the installation but the only drawback is you won't be able to utilize ffmpeg or process video uploads.

For video uploads to work, you need:

1. FFmpeg binaries (provided by your web hosting provider)
2. PHP's passthru to be enabled
