Hello Stackideas team,

I just bought a comment extension called "JLex Comment",
and while I'm trying to integrate this comment with EasyBlog (which JLex support integration with Easyblog)
it always have some problems while I try to turn on the settings in "JLex Comment".
(like apply the avatar source from EasyBlog, set up guests' restrction..)

I first go to JLex's company to ask about this question,
but I just get feedback that " You should contact with Stackidea Team....
The error is system can't find file components/com_easyblog/includes/gettable/gettable.php when render module."

It seems we're having issue with the easyblog php file.
Please let me know if you could help us with this issue.

I've attached the error file,
and you could check the error in the picture.
Hi there,

Can you provide us with your FTP access and exactly which page did this issues occurs?

Hi there,

Given FTP access is not accessible as you can see here https://take.ms/JPpLL and it seems that given users are not given full admin access as you can see here https://take.ms/s5z2o

After debugging this issue long hour, I noticed your server have enabled the cache, because when I revert back the code, it still showing my debug code on the page, can you temporary disable your server cache first?

Hi there,

Yes it should be that whose control all cache on your site. Can you temporarily disabled them so that we can further check this issues on your end?

Hi there,

After long hour checking them, it seems that it is cause by them components itself as their codes are outdated as you can see here https://take.ms/ZwiEI. We have fixed them here .../components/com_jlexcomment/libraries/profile.php and it should works as it should now.

It would be best if you can provide those fixes(uploaded) to them so that others wont faces same issues as yours.
