PHP Fatal error: Class 'SocialProfilePlugin' not found after upgrade to PHP 7.2

Hi,

After after upgrade to PHP 7.2 I cannot access my site anymore. Here is the apache error

Hi there,

Yes you can rename it on this path /.../plugins/socialprofiles .Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Maybe you required any help regarding this issues, can you check your FTP access as those credentials given are invalid. Please advice.

It seems like you are requesting support for http://danhgia.net but your licensed domain are http://lamgame.vn/ and http://horusent.com/ . Please understand that Pro versions only entitles you to support for 1 domain only.

Should you require support for additional domains, please consider upgrading your license to the Unlimited version or purchase an additional subscription for this site

By the way, maybe you have included them wrongly, maybe you can provide us with your valid backedn, FTP access and how to replicate this issues in order for us further check.

I included the FTP info in my first post. I have 2 domains for my subscription but I cannot change the domain name. I'd like to change lamgame.vn to danhgia.net.

I already changed your domain respectively.

Regarding your original issue, it seems that those plugin is not developed by us as it is third party plugin. It would be best if you can try to turn it off and see how it goes. If you required them on your site, it would be best if you can consult with that service provider regarding this issues for more information.
