Hi guys I don't think this is a php.ini issue. I have checked my php.ini and physical server settings - checked Easysocial settings and Joomla image settings. They are all set at 200 MB but will only load files less then 2 MB.

This settings have been in place for 2 years and never was there an issue. All the last stacksideas products version have the same issue. I use HWDmediashare and this still will upload 200MB.

Regards

Sam
Hi Sam Famma,

Seems you did not provide us with your back end and FTP login credential. I have tried any possible caused to replicate this locally. I have tried to upload an image more that 2mb where the Maximum file size I've set to 1mb and it appeared the File size error. Can you try to make the Maximum file size on (EasySocial>Profile type>ACL>Photos>Maximum file size) up to 3mb or more? If can't, would you mind to provide us with your back end and FTP login credential?

Hey Sam,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

To add your access, simply edit your first post above or head on to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to insert your site access once only.

Hi Mark sorry I've been busy with work.
But I had a chance to look at the console today and its showing these errors for photos over 2 MB: Im using Firefox

Empty string passed to getElementById(). easysocial-1.4.8.static.min.js:60:425
plupload Error: Object { state: 1, runtime: "html5", features: Object, files: Array[0], settings: Object, total: Object, id: "p1agmtatl6bjb20m21lbbdso", init: moduleFactory/exports/</plupload.Uploader/<.init(), refresh: moduleFactory/exports/</plupload.Uploader/<.refresh(), start: moduleFactory/exports/</plupload.Uploader/<.start(), 11 more… } Object { code: -600, message: "File size error.", file: Object } plupload.min.js:70:348
Empty string passed to getElementById(). easysocial-1.4.8.static.min.js:60:425
Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead.

Your thoughts?

Hey Sam,

Can you please provide us with the access? I will take a look into this. The error message provided is actually not sufficient enough for me to determine the cause of the problem
