Photos not being shown when items are shared from Easy Social.

Hi again!

So I am having problems with people who are sharing out links from Easy social to Facebook, when they press the share button from Easy social, it shows the photo, but then when it gets to Facebook, the photo is gone! Please take a look at the attached photos

Also I have had some problems when people share items, a different item is shown. I don't have any evidence of this unfortunately, I will gather some when it happens again and send ti to you, but is there a reason it may happen?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Can you download my attachment below and place it inside your /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/stream/ folder and clear the cache and see how it goes?

Hi

I have looked and there is already this file in the folder you specified, do you want me to replace it?

Will this delete all the remember stream that has been?

Hi Alex,

You can perform a backup on the previous file first before replacing the file that I attach above and it will not delete the existing stream on your site.

Hey there,

perhaps you can try update to 1.4.6 version and see this issue is it still persists?

If yes, can you start a new thread and provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?
