I can't find how to publish photos In a groupe discussion ??? (In a hidden groupe)

Can anyone explain ?

thanks for the fast answer

I saw the file manager but will it juste show the link to the photo or will it show the photo itself ? (in you stackides forum for exemple you can sho a photo with the bb code is this possible in groupe discussion) ?
