Hi guys,

Is there anyway on the EasySocial registration form to reduce the size of image files being uploaded, rather than getting a message 'file is too large'. Is the option available to reduce the file size automatically for the registrant? Like Facebook does...

Thanks a lot
Katie
Hi Katie,

Currently there is no way to automatically resize a photo when the photo exceeds the file size limit.

You may post this in the feature request category of EasySocial so that we can keep track of this.

Hi Raymond,

Please can you put us in touch with a developer who can help with this, it is a critical feature of a social network, because most users do not know how to re-size images, they just load them from their desktop/device and assume that it will work.

thanks
Marcus

Hi Marcus,

Sure. If you urgently need this, you may get in touch with the developers at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations".
