Photo tag (better hashtag)

I need to see, in the same slideshows, photos of different users but with a common topic. For this I need to classify all the photos of all users based on tags or hashtag (or category).
Are there fields in the database to enter tags / hashtag? Otherwise can you suggest another solution?

Hello Alberto,

Photos are actually rendered based on it's album. There's actually no way to display different photos on the popup based on specific tags currently unless of course you hack the codes / files
