I cant find Privacy rules Who can download my photo? I like to disable photos download except for my friends. Have you more Privacy rules to install it?

Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately there is no Privacy rules to restrict download photo for certain user. Currently, we just have the general setting for that in (Settings>Photos>General>Allow Downloading Photos)
