Is it possible to install a photo cache? Otherwise my SSL certificate is not completely encrypted.

Ah, unfortunately it is not possible currently but certainly worth considering adding into the next release

What do you mean by install photo cache?

I meant if it is possible to import the RSS images to cache, so that they are on my server.

With an SSL certificate I have the problem that my site is not completely encrypted. Because the pictures come from an external source.
