Unfortunately that was not possible to set the permission for specific user only can view their blog post in their category.

But you can restrict the user group will not have the permission to access.
Backend > Easyblog > categories > select your category > permission tab
Backend > Easyblog > ACL > Select your user group > write/publish setting - NO
