Hello,
I would like to know how we can permanently change the mydomain.com/easyblog URL to mydomain.com/blog.

We've actually created a MENU item named "blog" with Alias as "blog" pointing to your's [EasyBlog » (Posts) Frontpage » (Posts) Frontpage] and still we see both mydomain.com/easyblog and mydomain.com/blog creating double content issues. Although alias is "blog" by clicking the blog menu item you land to mydomain.com/easyblog

The only thing we managed to "solve" is by using sh404SEF and redirecting (mydomain.com/easyblog/some-article to the mydomain.com//blog/some-article version), which is not the case to do for every post!
For every created post an /easyblog and /blog version is created.

Please advice
Thank you.
Kind Regards
Hi Palvos,

Can you provide your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can investigate this?

Let us know. Thanks.

Hi,

I am also looking for a solution to this issue.

I have EasyBlog and sh404sef installed on my website. My blog frontpage is a menu item with url '/blog'. Somehow sh404sef found duplicates for each blog post with the urls 'easyblog/[post-title-here]' in addition to the urls routed through the menu item 'blog/[post-title-here]'.

What is generating the '/'easyblog' urls? Is that an EasyBlog configuration or an sh404sef config?
I want to configure EasyBlog and sh404sef to use only '/blog' urls.

Thanks,
Diane

Hey Diane,

Could you please start a new ticket and provide us with the access to the site so that we can check on this for you?
