What is 'permalink' in the user profile (blogger)?
How should I use it? Where was it used?

It is actually used as a permalink alias for your easyblog profile page. For example if you have set the blogger permalink as "firma-w-anglii", the url to your easyblog profile will look something like this, http://yoursite.com/blog/authors/firma-w-anglii .
