permalink doesn't support utf-8 characters?

Joomla's "Unicode Alias" setting is on, however, easyblog's permalink(I assume it is same thing with "alias"?) can't recognize UTF-8 characters, all unicode characters input into permalink are truncated and the post has to have some very ugly URL like this:

You have to enable this setting from backend > Easyblog > setting > SEO > Unicode Aliases - YES

Then go edit your existing post and edit that post permalink again.
