Hi support team,

I need again your advice regarding my webpage performance with ES. Could you please have a look at it - is the bad performance a server issue?

I believe the issue has something to do with your hosting provider's connectivity because there is a huge packet loss when I ping your server. It's close to 40% packet loss as per the reply on the ticket
