Hi Team

Their is an issue with people accesing my site on safari, Firefox and chrome on iPhone.
Firefox shows error on Android in screenshot, iPhone on safari.

Kind regards
Rob
Hey Rob,

I tried to access your site with my mobile device using Safari and it seems to be rendering just fine as you can see from my screen shot attached below.

Can I know how were you able to replicate this issue on your end?

Hey Rob,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I am not entirely sure why it is generating such errors but in EasySocial 3, we have added service workers on the mobile template. I am not entirely sure if that is the cause but I have disabled it in your mobile template as of now. You may hit this error due to the cache but could you try clearing your cache and see if the problem still persists?

By the way, may I know how is the redirection being performed when user's access your site? As it seems like it is always being redirected to /login

Also, the admin access provided is not working as it is throwing the following message, http://take.ms/woTy7

Yes I have the menu ES loding first and no front page, the site just runs ES
Could this cause an issue with direct to login?

Kind Regards

Update all issues from users accessing via mobile have been resolved by turning the workers off.
Will the next mobile theme update turn this back on again or contain a fix.

We have already addressed this issue in the next release. When you update the template, it would be fixed
