Photo Uploads that are pending say 1%. I'm curious for the reasoning for this. Is 0 not a valid value? I know it sounds silly, but some users might actually think that all their selected photos got slightly uploaded.
It has to do with the way plupload handles the progress and it's some sort of css trick that we perform to make the progress look as real as possible.
