You can approve new group member at backend>Components>Easysocial>Settings>Group>"Your Group Name">Members and you find settings as shown http://prntscr.com/bt2w6z.

Okay, thanks. Still a lot of clicks then have to visit each group page one at a time. Would be nice if there were a single page that showed all groups with pending members.

Unfortunately, currently we do not have this features yet . But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues in our voice page -> EasySocial, so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
