Hello,

I am always receive registration moderator email for "pending approval" even if i choose to auto accept new users...

I have founded different language string for "pending approval" and for "new registered" so i guest there is probably 2 sort of emails ...

Can you check this please ?

Okay, found the issue This will be fixed in the next release of EasySocial.

Hello loic.

I have checked your EasySocial settings. Looks like you set Require User Activation for your Registration type options. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-03_1715.png

If you want to auto accept a new user please change this your Registration type options to Normal Registration (Automatic Login). You can change it under Components > EasySocial > Profile Types. Then choose which profile type your site is use and click on Registration tabs.

thanks for your explanation.
In fact i am using and other activation : require user activation
and i was surprise to receive an email that said me that i need to activate new user...

I would suggest :

we need an other language string for that case "new user activation required is under process" ?

or the email have to be sended to moderator ONLY if user have confirmed activation and in that case using this language string COM_EASYSOCIAL_EMAILS_REGISTRATION_NEW_USER_REGISTERED ??

Hello loic,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Firstly, I do apologize if my colleague misunderstood your question here but if the "Require User Activation" is enabled, you shouldn't be getting any email at all to "moderate" users. You will however get a notification email that a user registers on the site.

Now, the question is, are you receiving "moderation emails" or just "new user notification emails"?
