For the first time, I've included a pdf in a blog post at this link: https://www.ashtutors.co.uk/newblog/entry/handwriting-tips.html

However, on the front end, I usually get a 'failed to load' error. Repeatedly clicking the 'reload' button does, in the end, get it to load properly, but obviously, that's not ideal.

Is there a reason for this? Is the file too big? If so, how can I reduce it?

Many thanks.

Geoff
Hey Geoff,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to access the post and the PDF seems to be rendering just fine for me as you can see here, http://take.ms/I9CTW

Am I missing anything here?

Hi Mark,

This is what I'm getting on most occasions - please see screenshot. Sometimes it loads fine, but those times are few.

Thanks.

It seems like this only happen on your Chrome browser, because it look fine for me http://take.ms/FsDt2 .

Can you try this guideline and see if this will help?

Thanks - I've just tried that setting but it seems I already have the recommended setting.

I then went back to the blog post and it took 7 clicks of 'reload' before it actually loaded up and was visible.

I suppose I'm stuck with it then.

Thanks for trying.
