Hi, whent I try to move to the trash all the post displayed on the backend post page, in get the following message "Error displaying the error page: Impossible de trouver le template "jsn_epic_pro".: Unable to set as revision as current revision on post.", and posts are not moved to the trash.

The login credentials which you provided for http://www.synthese-informatique.com/administrator/index.php doesn't seem to work.

Also, please take note that support will only be limited to 1 domain only for Pro contracts. Looking at your subscription, it is already associated with http://sla.lu . Do you no longer use the domain sla.lu?

Should you require support for additional domains, please consider upgrading your license to the Unlimited version or purchase an additional subscription for this site.

sla.lu is the owner of synthese-informatique and the domaine using EasyBlog is synthese-informatique. sla.lu doesn't use Easyblog

Thanks for the clarification and for your case, can you create a ticket at our helpdesk system https://crm.stackideas.com/ to request domain name change? Is this to ensure in future you do not face any issue with your product licensing.

Back to your original issue, do you want to move all your blog posts to trash? It seems like you have quite alot of blog posts. If you simply want to delete all your blog posts, I can help by you delete all your blog post by running sql scripts to delete your blog posts from your database.

No, I don't want to delete all the posts ! The original resquest was about the fact when I try to delete all the post displayed on one page (say 10) I have the message "Error displaying the error page: Impossible de trouver le template "jsn_epic_pro".: Unable to set as revision as current revision on post.", displayed on a withe screen and nothing happen.
whatI would like to be able to do is just select more than three post an delete them.

Regarding your issue, I tried to reproduce the issue on my local instance but I cant seem to be able to replicate your issue. Can you tell me which items you try to move to trash so that I can try at your site?

1) you go to the post panel and sort them from the oldest (it should start with id 1482)
2) you select the first four posts and try to move them to the trash
3) you should have the message "Error displaying the error page: Impossible...

Wathever the posts you try to move to the trash, if you select more than one post you get the issue

Hi Henri GILABERT,

Regarding your issue, it seems like it was caused by the EasyBlog finder plugin where, when you attempt to move the posts to trash, it tried to index the post and causing the error. I've temporary disabled EasyBlog finder plugin and now you should be able to move any posts to trash.

I've logged this issue with the EasyBlog finder plugin and we will need to further investigate the issue as why this is happening.

thank you, Iassume tha t Easyblog will work fine without the Finder pluggin. If not, could you telle what the limitations are ?

Hello Henri,

The finder plugin reflects the smart search portion in Joomla. If you do not use this, you could ignore this. At the mean time, we are still troubleshooting this.
