Hello
Registered users (not paid users) show fine in ES.
But paid users from Payplans don't show anymore in ES activity stream or search. even though we can reach their profile using the exact url of the profile.

Also our ES dashboard online users value keeps incrementing mistakenly...
I noted that J3.8.5 was supposed to fix an issue with sessions not correctly counted. It could be related.

I just edited the initial post with Backend and ftp credentials.
Not that Registered users show fine, but Licence1 users don't. For instance you can search for this user: morganegmd33

Hello Manisha,

Thanks for your help, but no, unfortunately, none of the mentioned issues are fixed, nothing changed.
The connected users number is wrong, it only increments and whatever the session length settings is, it keeps on incrementing.
And some paid users (not all) keep missing from the EasySocial directory although their privacy settings are open to every registered users.

For example:
Kim-ling user is a paid user and show correctly in ES directory
But
morganegmd33 is a also a paid user but can't be found in ES althouh her privacy settings are "open"

Hello,

for the existing user's those are not indexed, you need to re-run the indexer from joomla backend.
See attached screen shot.

As you can see now morganegmd33 user shown here after running indexer.
Please take a look again and update me.

Hello Adien,

When user register through joomla registration and easysocial registration, but in case of payplans quick registration it's finder plugin is not triggered. So we fixed this issue in es user plugin , so now it will not create any issue.
After re-run the index , no issue should be there, so no need to disable smart search plugin.

What about the sessions (connected users) counter, is it a joomla issue ?
I didn't get it, can you please explain in details , so i'll be able to assist you.

IN the ES dashboard, the connected user counter is wrong (224), never decrementing. Site admin emailed me this phone screenshot

Ok, thank you Mark & Manisha for your help.

@Mark: This looks better now as ES counter shows 10 (although the Joomlcounter shows 4 online users) Not sure why these 2 differ.

@Manisha To bounce on the previous issue: it seems a new user came from Payplan today and still is not indexed in EasySocial.

Since my colleague Manisha still on holiday, i will check on your current issue.

Is it possible provide us with your following details so I can better have a check?

1. May i know how to replicate this issue? Is it can provide me step by step how your site user register on your site?

2. Is it possible for you to setup another app instance for PayPal sandbox and configure to use in specific subscription plan so we can test further on this? because we tested in locally with those fix which my colleague applied on your site, it seems work fine in our locally.

You can set your subscription plan not visible on your site, so we can manually type the subscription plan page URL to subscribe on this plan.

3. Once you setup that app instance for PayPal sandbox, can you provide us with your Paypal sandbox merchant and buyer email address and password details so we can better have a test.

Actualy we do not use Paypal.
When a user registers via EasySocial -> no issue.
When a user registers our site subscribing to a Payplan plan, he is not showing in ES or mentioned in ES activity Stream, even though he has an ES profile. Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks for your info, if the user subscribe a plan on your site, so they will receive an email for activate their user account right?

Or your site admin will help them activate their account?

If most of the case they activate by themselves, is it can forward that email to me so I can check further on this? arlex.wong@stackideas.com

Because i would like to see whether this activation email send from which extension.

And is it possible for you setup a sandbox account for this Payline gateway? Because it would help us troubleshoot this issue quickly.

Currently i did tried most of our sandbox account as what my colleague provided to us previously, it seems all not working.

However, i did added some of the debug code in this file JoomlaFolder/plugins/user/easysocial/easysocial.php , update me if there got any new user activate their user account after complete the registration.
