Payplans (Registration) - Making sure Username and Email is Same

I want to make sure that whatever emails users use to register on the website is also the username of the user. I know this functionality exists in EasySocial... However, how to use it in Payplans. There was another ticket that was resolved but the documentation mentioned in it is not correct
Hey Ahmad,

Yes, you can use email as username in PayPlans as well as. For this you need to disable show Username option from PayPlans registration settings as shown in attached screenshot.
So after disabling this user email address will be used as username.

Recently we got one issue related to registration when username option is disabled. We fixed it internally and will include in coming release. For now, find attached file and replace with below mentioned file path.
root/components/com_payplans/themes/wireframe/checkout/default/default.js
