Hi,

This isn’t exactly an issue, more of an enquiry.

While I was testing payplans, on the live site i’ve noticed something really bizarre and I can’t work out how it’s happening. It is good, I just can’t figure out how to recreate it on my other sites!

If you take a look at the two screen captures, when payplans is notifying me that there has been a new subscriber, there is a brand identifier within Gmail; an indicator of the sender, an Avatar.
I wondered if this was a Gmail thing, as this account is linked to G Suite for business. But it is only happening/sending out emails when payplans notifies me there has been a new subscriber. It doesn’t happen with any emails sent from easy social or easy discuss.

Are you aware of this?
Is this something linked to pay plans?

Awaiting your response
Hey Julie,

It seems you enabled the "Notify Admins about New Order" settings, so whenever a new purchase is made on-site, it will notify the admin about the new order.
see here: https://monosnap.com/direct/EzalVMwZAWL5rYwR9iHznA6bOBMU3g

If you don't want to send a new order email then disable the setting mentioned above.

If it's a different email then send me the email content so I'll check it further.

Yes, I know I switched ion email notifications, it is the BIMI I’m talking about, https://bimi.agari.com/

I was wanting to know why it was only appearing on emails sent from payplans, and not emails sent from easysocial or easydiscuss.

Screenshots were in the original post.

Hey Juile,

What I understand is that you mean that the new group email send by Easysocial , it only shows "M"
but if the email send from Payplans , it will show that logo
See attached screenshot.

Correct me if I misunderstood.

Yes and no

The logo/M of our branding only appears when the email is triggered from payplans within easysocial - three out of the four emails on that image show it. They are all PayPlans notification emails

The avatar/text based logo appears on all other emails from easysocial. The one email on the screenshot there just happens to be a group notification email from easy social. It appears like that when it is any email from easy social.
