Hi again!. Our site went live and it appears that the notification emailer isn't sending the welcome emails to our clients once the subscription becomes active. I have set the app based on the documentation provided by you .

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I can't seem to login to your site with the provided login credentials to review your e-mail settings in Joomla. Is it possible for you to edit your site access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site and include the correct login credentials?

By the way, does other e-mails from Joomla works for you?

Hi Mark,

Sorry about that. I've corrected the login on the site so the provided credentials should now work.

In regards to your question about the emails, I was brought in recently to do some work on the site so I'm not too sure on how that was set up.

Hi Matt,

Can you try to (system>global configuration>server) send test mail http://take.ms/HaNGs and see that you've receive test mail in your mailbox?
