Payplans not working

Your site says once you subscribe to payplans, it will work forever ("this product will still work even if your subscription runs out", see attached screenshot). Well I just installed payplans I bought in 2014 and it is not working. It keeps wanting to update but throws an error.

Hey Chad,

To be honest, I have no idea which version are you using because we only just acquired PayPlans about 2 months ago. I believe you could just exit the installation to skip the update because in order for you to be able to update to the latest version, you'll need an active subscription

No it does not work at all. It is stuck in the installer. The only menu it added was "payplans installer".

Part of the reason I purchased Payplans in the first place was the expectation that I could always use it, support or not. Well it is not working and I expect to be able to use it still.

Which version do you have installed prior to this? I could get Manisha to try to retrieve that older version.
