Hello

When you go to backend of website you'll see errors on the members memberships.

Some members have cancelled / stopped payment or system is not able to get recurring payments.

I can't find this member on payplans his payment was skipped.

I checked your site and search for the user KingDup.
This user is registered at site but not subscribed any plan. see attached screen shot.

The error shown on subscription , it seems the user is no longer exist in system. Let me know have you deleted any user ?
Update me , so i can be able to check further.

Hello

No I haven't removed / deleted any users from website.

Error was noticed after I changed hosting providers.

Could the default setting make users a tbp member which is a (FREE membership) when their membership expire or is skipped?

Hello Leo,

I checked your site and didn't found any log.
It seems this issue arises from migration data. Because it's not possible to create subscription without user.

For now delete these subscription, let me know if you have any other subscription having this issue.

If you just migrate all the data then no need to re-enter payment info again. Only one change you need to do.
In paypal merchant account you just need to change notify url with the current site domain (if data migrated from another site to current one).
