Firstly, I do apologize for that as we are actually revamping the features page to include all of these app details. In PayPlans 3.7 onwards, it will be simplified.

PayPlans doesn't have a plugin for Ari Quiz but it does have support for Virtuemart. You may see it here, http://take.ms/oTP4O

We want to switch from OSE Membership but we need Ari Quiz integration because we are selling exams... I think now a lot of people will switch from OSE to PayPlans (they extension is unpublish from joomla store and the website is abandoned) you should think for some easy solution for this

Do you have any documentation for 3rd party developing apps I should probably find someone to create this Ari Quiz app

I checked and found that ARI Quiz has one feature that is ACL, these acl will work as per usergroup assigned to user's.
In PayPlans , there is JUser Type app , which will assign user group as per plan subscribed by them, so you can use it in this way.
