I just upgraded my Joomla website to PHP 7.2, Joomla 3.9.1 with PayPlans 3.4.1 and found that PayPlans won't load and received this error "Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/ROOT/administrator/includes/toolbar.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php7.2') in /ROOT/components/com_payplans/xiframework/base/helper/toolbar.php on line 11"
Since I realized that I was using a very old version, I purchased your most recent version.
During the install, I get an error for Memory Limit, but it doesn't say what the error is. My Host default is 256M.
Your assistance is GREATLY appreciated!
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here.

Can you update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

You're most welcome Bob.

It seems like you provided your site backend user account doesn't have Super privileges so I was unable to test the installation. (screenshot : http://take.ms/rMqyL )

You didn't request 'Super Admin', and all I did was re-enable the account I had for you previously.
That said, I have updated the account accordingly.

Thanks, I did checked on your site, it seems like your PHP memory_limit set to -1 , can you request with your webhosting provider to help you update this memory_limit to 128M ot 512M from your PHP server?

After he make any changes, need to restart your server apache.

Keep us update once your webhosting provider help you updated this.

Ok, thanks. That was a no-brainer. I sided with my host because they "said" they were set to a higher value, instead of going with what was listed in the php settings.

So, now I have fixed the memory_limit and set it to 512M. I was able to run the installer, but only got to version 3.6.3
I tried to install the 3.7.1 version again, but nothing happens. The Joomla Install page doesn't show an error.

Please let me know what needs to be done so that I can upgrade to the latest.
Let me also point out that I still get the same original error now running 3.6.3

Thanks for getting back to us, I can see that memory_limit your hosting already increased it but it seems like they already reset your previous PHP Directive value.

So when you upload that installer (around 10 MB) from your site backend installer page, it will not perform the installation is because your current PHP only allow 2MB file to upload on your server.

If those installer file size more than 2MB, it will show nothing.

By the way, I already manually update Payplans 3.7.1 version on your site, can you give it a check is it work fine now?

Also can you request with your webhosting provider to help you update this following PHP directive from your PHP server?

upload_max_filesize - 128M
post_max_size - 128M
max_execution_time - 300
