I have been looking for a solution to this problem for months. Now that StackIdeas has acquired PayPlans, perhaps I may be closer to a solution.

My client wants to be able to export a complete list of members and at a glance, see if their membership has been paid or not. So, we're basically talking about adding one column in the current export that says whether or not their membership is active. Is this possible? I'd hate to hire a coder if this is in the works.

Also, I noticed on the export screen you can choose Registered Users or Unpaid Membership. Is this a new feature? I tried it but it didn't generate a proper csv file, there was just a bunch of random characters.
Hey Anthony,

Yes, you can download that csv file through that export app section in order to show all of your existing user subscription status.

But currently that status part we only generated the subscription/invoice id instead of the word e.g. (subscription - active/expired/hold) or (Invoice - paid/refunded)

If you export invoice, this is the status id mean :

402 = Invoice - Paid
403 = Invoice - refunded

If you export subscription, this is the status id mean :

0 = No status
1601 = subscription - active
1602 = subscription - hold
1603 = subscription - expired

At above id only belong to your site.

Thank you for your quick answer.

Unfortunately, none of these reports meet our needs.

What I mean by this is adding a column to this report (see attached) which includes the user full name, contact information, etc, including what the status of their membership is. Even if it's just Status ID.

Otherwise, what we have to work with now through PayPlans export is User ID, no name, which makes it complicated for my client.

Also, could you look at my current configuration? I don't believe I have it set up correctly. In my PayPlans Dashboard, there is no data, so I'm doing something wrong since we have many transactions that have taken place. I did click Rebuild Stats.

Actually that EasySocial user export tool is just export all of your existing user data base on that profile type as what you set, currently we didn't export any membership data through Easysocial side.

Otherwise, what we have to work with now through PayPlans export is User ID, no name, which makes it complicated for my client.

I will lock this into our issue tracker and see if we can improve this behaviour to show readable word instead of just display code.

It seems like like you configure correctly, if you set your filter to last month, you will see your last month sales statistics.
The reason why it didn't show any result when you access your site Payplans dashboard is because by default it will filter by current month which is 2017-09-30 until 2017-10-31, mean between this time do not have any sales yet.

The export doesn't seem to include all of the information. For example, using Subscriptions, we have a member #593 who is listed as Subsciption-Hold but the export shows him as 1601, Active.

In fact, the report only shows only 1601 Subsciptions, nothing else. Yet we know all our members are not active.

Can you help clarify?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Perhaps you can share with us some of the screenshot which option you selected?

Because it seems work fine for me, you can check my attached screenshot which option i selected and download that csv file, it does show correctly the data for this user -> 593

Do you plan to do this soon? My client has requested the functionality by the end of the month. If you do not plan to work on it before then, I'll hire a coder.

Again, what I need is the members name versus a user ID in the exported report from PayPlans OR add a column to the EasySocial export which shows the members status: Active, Expired, On Hold.

Thanks!

To be honestly, currently I can't tell you what is the exact time to implement this yet because we do have quite a lots Payplans internal development task which our developer still working on this 3.7 version since we has acquired PayPlans just last month.

Since you did mentioned your client have to make this done end of this month, it would be best if you can hire some of the developer to help you work on it for now.
