Hello,

I refer to the discussion link above. Have you and the team considered how to manage user profiles not automatically assigned to a plan when the menu Block Non-Subscribers is enabled?

For example, on our site, we have enabled the Block Non-Subscribers and not assigned any default plan to users who subscribe to registration profile cleaners / cleaning agency. We achieved this based on your kind assistance in the link above.

However, when we create a payplan app (ES profile type) to help handled user access once their subscription expires, we do not have the option to leave Profile Type(On Subscription Hold) or Profile Type(On Subscription Expire) blank or empty which will restrict the users access to the entire site until they subscribe to a plan.

We want users with expired plans to hit the Access prohibited error message which appears when they have no plans and Block Non-Subscribers is enabled. Please advise how we can achieve this?
Hey,

I refer to the discussion link above. Have you and the team considered how to manage user profiles not automatically assigned to a plan when the menu Block Non-Subscribers is enabled?

We consider adding an option whether an admin can decide whether default plan should assign to the user or not (it's not related to block non-subscriber)

Regarding this, Block Non-subscriber will work as per plan subscription. If the user doesn't have an active subscription then he will see the Access Prohibited page. So need to subscribe plan to get further access.

For ESasysocial profiltype, In case of expiration and Hold, you need to set the profile type also which will be assigned to the user when his existing subscription will get expire or hold. At a time user should be in one profile type.
Block non-subscriber work as per the plan subscription not as per Easysocial Profiletype subscription.

Let me know if you have any queries or correct me if I misunderstood.
