Is it possible to set up a yearly plans that always has the same expiry date no matter when people sign up? And if they sign up within 3 months of the renewal date the plans purchase would apply to the next term?
Hello Alex,

Using Payplans Fixed date expiration functionality you can decide the the fixed expiration date of subscription.
So all the subscription expired on same that doesn't matter when they subscribe. This functionality will be applicable for fixed plans only (one time payments).

And if they sign up within 3 months of the renewal date the plans purchase would apply to the next term?
Can you please explain it in more details, so i can check this. You plans would be recurring or fixed type.

For example if the plan subscription date is January 1 annually for anyone signing up to the membership for the website and someone joins now (December), the membership would start immediately but would expire January 1, 2020 so they actually get a couple of extra weeks.

By the way this level of complexity is available with CBSubs (Community Builder). I'm hoping its possible with PayPlans

Hey Alex,

If annual expiry date for subscription is set January 1 , 2020, and if user subscribe plan in December then those user should get extra weeks , i shouldn't expire on january 2020 ?
Using subscription Fixed date expiration app , subscription will get expire on expiration date (you have set annual expiry date) whatever is the joining date. see attached screen shot.

Correct me if i misunderstood your requirement.
