Hi, I am having problem configuring the Paypal to work with my plan.
This is what I did,
1. I created Plan,
2. create PayPal instance and added the paypal ID (email)

The Problem
When user click on the check out button, the paypal page returns error message as shown below

Return to Merchant
Error Message

This feature is only available to Business and Premier Accounts.

the paypal ID is a nonprofit account category and had problem configuring the payment option method (I selected option 1 Receive payment through website, 2. Clicked continue button... under this page, two option A and B appeared, - A: Integrated e-Commerce solution, B: Generate html button).

Which option is suitable for PayPlans software and what are the settings?
Does Paypal nonprofit (business account) work for PayPlans software?
Hello Ujomor,

The error is coming because you are not using your paypal business account. Your paypal account is not configured as business account.
https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/lifecycle/sb_about-accounts/

You need to create paypal business account to collect payments. As you are saying that you are using noprofit paypal account please contact to paypal team if they allow your account to be business.

Update me with their response.

It has just been resolved now, still using the nonprofit account under business category.
Though if placed on Sandbox mode, the error message will surface.

Thanks for the supports Manisha and crew
