Hello

This pay plan app was set-up to allow only 1 ad per subscription, and to disable add when subscription expires.

However, it failed to disable the ad for this user (see attachment)
Hey Micheal,

Sorry for the delayed response.

The issue is coming because easysocial id is not getting correctly. I've applied the fix to this file as well.
/public_html/administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/easysocial/easysocial.php

Now, ads are unpublished correctly on subscription expiration.
Please take a look at this issue again and do us update if the still issue persist.

Hey Micheal,

I am able to replicate the issue and logged this into our issue tracker.
For now to fix this issue, find attached file and replace it with the below-mentioned file path.
root\plugins\payplans\easysocialadvertisementsubmission\app\easysocialadvertisementsubmission.php

After applying the changes, please take a look again and see if still issue persist.

Hello Manisha,

The issue still persists. You can replicate by

1. Assigning "Test plan" to user

2. Create and publish add

3. Set plan to "expired"

You will notice that the ad remains published even though the default setting for all plans is "Unpublish Ads on Subscription Expiration"

Hey Micheal,

I"ve tested it again on local end and it's working fine. On your site, it seems changes are not updated.
Can you open the FTP again so I'll check it again.
