Every time I activate payplan, the 500 error always appears periodically although I tell the users to delete the cache and re-enter it and after a while the error reappears, I hope you can help me. Maybe I have it disabled because it does not work

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Perhaps you can guide us step by step how to reproduce this 500 error on the site before I re-activate those Payplans plugin on your site and check on this issue.
