Hi There, we recently upgraded Joomla to version 3.8.6 - and after which we were unable to download apps through the Payplans store or make any new app installments without the site going down page by page. Whilst amends were being made we tracked the problem to definitely being the payplan apps.

Do you know how this can be amended and when we will perhaps receive an update for Payplans to work with the current latest version of joomla?

I'd just like to know if you're receiving issues like these frequently and if there is a plan to resolve this with you Extension?

Hey Bob,

I can't seem to login to the site with the provided login credentials. I have tested this on my local instance on Joomla 3.8.6 and the latest version of PayPlans and the installation is fine too, http://take.ms/x90iM

How were you able to reproduce this on your site eh?

Hi Mark,

It's probably because of the secure server we keep it on.

Basically, ever since we upgraded Joomla to 3.8.6, anytime we create a new app instance or install a new app, the pages start coming up with 'Unable to load' error message one by one.

It seems to be happening with a few more third part components as well, as seen in my link above.

The app will show the same 'Installed successfully' message, but after which, the app doesn't show up in the payplan component and instances can't be created or amended without the site going down.

We were monitoring the site whilst making the amends and it seems to be the plugins/apps whilst they're running, when they're amended or installed, it crashes the site.

Currently the site works because it was created before the joomla update, but any amends to apps in Payplans now, won't work.
