PayPal subscription never activates

Hello. I have an issue with paypal payments. Once a user pays using a paypal account and is returned to the site, the subscription never activates.

I've set up the IPN based on the documentation provided, but the user plans are still not activated. Could you please have a look?
I've applied some fix on your site regarding this file -> JoomlaFolder/plugins/payplans/paypal/paypal/app/paypal/paypal.php , can you try again is it work fine now?

If the issue still persists, can i have the permission to temporary change to Paypal sandbox mode so I can check further on this?
