Hi there. Unfortunately I seem to have an issue with paypal payments. Once a user pays using a paypal account and is returned to the site, the subscription never activates.

I've set up the IPN based on the documentation provided and tried the solution from this thread https://stackideas.com/forums/error-log-generated-with-message-invalid-ipn#reply-381988

The user plans are still not activated even after applying that fix. Could you please have a look? I have provided site details in my dashboard.

Hello Matt,

I checked your site and found that error log is related to Invalid Receiver Email. This issue is already fixed and released and you are also using latest version.

Can you please try again to complete one payment and check it's working or not.
Please don't delete any payment.

Hi,

I tried another payment this morning using paypal and I still get the same error. I signed up to the site using a valid email but the plan will still not be activated.

Just gonna leave this comment here in case it helps anyone else. The merchant paypal account had two emails attached to it. I was initially using the secondary email rather than the primary one which was why I was getting issues I believe.

I am having this issue but nothing is working out for me. I only have on email on my merchant account and i tried sandbox and its not even letting me login to my dummy paypal account.Any ideas what else it could be?
