Hi,

I have a problem with subscription activation.
Payplan invoice ref is 8O56WJCM55P1

I pay it with Paypal, real mode.
I receive a confirmation email from paypal as a frontend user.
when I check in backoffice if my subscription is active, it is not.

Payplan 4.0.2
Joomla 3.9.3

No errors in logs.
Crontabs are setup (see hidden part)

I am really sorry for the delayed response due to weekend.

I've checked your site , it seems notification not coming from paypal regarding payment. PayPlans will activate the subscription after notification coming from paypal payment method.

Make sure ipn enabled on your paypal merchant account and ipn url is also set correctly.
