Paypal do not active plan

Hello,

I've just update Paypal APP but now do not set plan as active when a payment is executed.

Paypal return IPN in right way and the http answer is 200 but the plan is not activated.

Can you please check if the new APP works in right way?

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

It is not a problem of paypal account.

I've tested with sandbox too.
Payement went fine but the plan is not activated.

I've setup a new test site if you need. Where I can send credential to you in private way?

I've noticed that after a refund from paypal the payement are not set a completed.
You can see if you list all the transaction for paypal method

The IPN return 200 OK code in my case.

I have a multilanguage site, maybe the problem depends from this?

Hello Mario,

I checked your site and found the invalid ipn issue.
Last week we found one issue while validating the paypal notification, in business email is encoded that's why it's creating issue.

Let me know have you applied the solution mentioned on below mentioned forum.
As ftp is not working, so i can't check.
